I am on a fixed income of 930 a month, I am 71 yrs of age and due to medicine and hospital bills, all my bills are behind. I have been using whatever I receive in my monthy check to pay these bills, but I cannot elimate them. Because of this I am short on food. I have tried dealing with the utility companies and applying for public help but I have exhausted those as well. All of my 3 utilitiy bills are behind, but because of 1, the other 2 are suffering. I need help with this 1 bill so I can catch up with the rest. I appreciate any help.
